Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Returns are free – every order includes a prepaid return label. You can return items as follows:

• Within 14 days of delivery: return any item for any reason, in any condition – opened or used.
• Within 30 days of delivery: return items that are unopened and unused, in their original packaging.

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.

How to start a return: every order includes a prepaid return label in the box. Pack the item(s) you're returning, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier. Please also email info@phldistributions.com with your order number so we can watch for your return. Lost your label? Email us and we'll send you a new one.

Refunds: once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

Free launch gift: you don't need to return the free gift included with your order.

 

Shipping Policy

• Canada only: we ship to addresses within Canada only. We're unable to ship outside of Canada.
• Free shipping: every order ships free anywhere in Canada – no minimum purchase.
• Free launch gift: to celebrate our launch, every order includes a free gift.
• Processing: orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times vary by location.
• Private delivery: orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.phlhealthshop.com (the "Site") and any purchase from PHL Health Shop, operated by PHL Distributions Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order. Parents and guardians may purchase products for their children.

2. Products and health information

• Product descriptions, images and information are provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate, but packaging and labels may change. Always read the product label and follow the directions for use.
• Information on the Site, including blog posts, is not medical advice. Talk to your pharmacist, doctor or other healthcare professional before using a health product, especially for infants and children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have a medical condition or take medication.
• Home test kits are screening tools and are not a substitute for diagnosis by a healthcare professional.

3. Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for stock availability, suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
• We may limit quantities per order or per customer.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we received your order, not that it has shipped.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Sale prices and promotions apply only for the stated period and while supplies last.
• Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and their terms also apply.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada only, with free shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy above, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the shipping address you provide.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery in any condition, or within 30 days of delivery if unopened and unused. Return shipping is free – a prepaid return label is included with every order. Full details are in our Return Policy above, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Promotions and free gifts

Free gifts and promotional offers are available while supplies last, may not be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time. You do not need to return a free gift when returning an order.

8. Product reviews

If you submit a review, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not include offensive, unlawful or misleading content or personal health information about others. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your review on the Site. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos and images – belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy below explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

Privacy Policy

PHL Health Shop ("we", "us", "our") is the online retail store of PHL Distributions Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you visit www.phlhealthshop.com (the "Site") or buy from us. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Order and account details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order history.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (PayPal and Moneris). We do not store your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, chat or contact forms.
• Reviews: if you leave a product review, the name and content you submit.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5.

We do not ask for health information to place an order. Please do not send us personal health details unless needed to resolve a product question.

2. How we use your information

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and customer service replies.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.
• To understand how visitors use the Site and measure our advertising.
• To send marketing emails or texts only if you have opted in – you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• Service providers that help us run the store – for example Wix (website and e-commerce platform), PayPal and Moneris (payments), shipping carriers, and email providers.
• Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our ads (see section 5).
• Authorities or others where required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

Our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

4. Consent

By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot complete an order.

5. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and analytics

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your cart, understand how the Site is used and measure advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when you view a product, add to cart, start checkout or make a purchase, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie banner on the Site, and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above – for example, order records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes – and then securely delete or anonymize it.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (SSL) connections at checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer (section 10). We may need to verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their province. Parents may purchase products for their children.
